5.25 MG Redmond Ridge Tank #2
Location: Redmond, Washington
Client: Quadrant Corporation
Construction of a new 5,250,000 gallon standpipe, foundation, associated site earthwork/grading, utilities, electrical, cathodic protection, etc.
Foundation was accomplished in one continuous pour consisting of 7 lifts and approximately 1300 cubic yards of concrete to form a 100.5’ OD x 60’ ID ring footing for the standpipe containing 93 anchor bolts and approximately 180,000 lbs. of steel reinforcement. |

Project included demolition/removal of an existing standpipe and construction of a new 2,560,000 gallon water reservoir, foundation, associated site earthwork/grading, utilities, electrical, telemetry, etc.
Foundation consisted of approximately 1000 cubic yards of concrete to form a 87’ diameter mat foundation for the reservoir containing 76 anchor bolts and approximately 144,000 lbs. of steel reinforcement. |
